About Chris Benstead

Chris Benstead is a full-time licensed New Jersey Realtor since 1999. He has significant experience in representing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords with real estate sales and leasing. He also has experience in marketing, property analysis & valuation. He is proficient in government zoning and planning of real estate development and approval process. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Stockton University and 2-year post Bachelor’s at University of Florida.  He is a former member of a local Township Zoning Board & Planning Board. Chris served as treasurer of the Tamarac Lakes Association in Medford Twp. He was also elected to the Burlington County Committee to represent the 11th District Medford Township for 2 terms. Member of Nexus Association of Realtors 2000-present and Platinum level award winner for 2017-present. Member of the PiNG networking association of professionals, 2016-2021. He is also a member of the National and New Jersey Association of Realtors, 1999-present. Voted by readers of South Jersey Magazine, as a area "Top Realtor" and recognized as the “Best in Biz '' from NJ Biz magazine.
